What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this site and the form on it, which exists to book a free in-home water test with __ONBOARD_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME__. They do not govern any system you buy, its warranty, or any agreement you sign with us later. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents control.

The free water test

The in-home water test is free and carries no obligation to buy anything. During the visit we test your water at the tap for hardness and total dissolved solids and walk you through what we find. Anything we recommend or quote during the visit is an estimate until we put it in writing.

Submitting the form and picking a time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm appointments directly with you, and we may need to reschedule. The test is for homes inside our published service area. If your address turns out to be outside it, we will tell you and talk through what we can do instead.

Who can book

The test is for homeowners, because a whole-home system is installed on the home's plumbing. If you rent, the form will say so and stop; you are welcome to share this page with the owner.

Pricing and the price match

Prices shown on this site are for the package described, installed, and include sales tax. Our written price-match guarantee applies to a written quote for a comparable system from a provider inside our service area, compared like for like. We confirm any match in writing before work begins.
